What is your Happiness Guarantee and what does it cover?

We want you to love your Fracture order! If you’re not happy with your order, let us know within 60 days, and we’ll work on a solution to make sure you’re fully satisfied with the final product.

Our Happiness Guarantee covers the following:

Color Issues: Your print looks washed out, dark, or off in color.
Blur/Pixelation: Your print looks grainy, pixelated, or more blurry than the image you uploaded.
Unintentional Crop: Your image has been cut off along the edges more than expected, or is different than the cropping applied at the time of ordering.

How will we make sure you receive a Fracture you love?

Replacement: If your order arrives with any problems that fall under our Happiness Guarantee or  Lifetime Warranty, we'll immediately replace it on us. We'll either correct the issues on your current print, or you can select a new image for us to print and email it to us at  support@fractureme.com
Store Credit: If you'd prefer, we can issue a store credit for the cost of your order, so that you can place a new order at your convenience.
Refund: If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 60 days and we'll work with you to find a good solution or refund if need be!
