What does your Happiness Guarantee and Lifetime Warranty cover?
We want you to love your Fracture order! Our Happiness Guarantee has you covered if you’re unhappy with your prints for any reason. Please let us know within 60 days, and we’ll work on a solution to make sure you’re fully satisfied with the final product.
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of your Fracture order.
Our Happiness Guarantee covers the following:
Color Issues: Your print looks washed out, dark, or off in color.
Blur/Pixelation: Your print looks grainy, pixelated, or more blurry than the image you uploaded.
Unintentional Crop: Your image has been cut off along the edges more than expected, or is different than the cropping applied at the time of ordering.
How will we make sure you receive a print you love?
Replacement: If your order arrives with any problems that fall under our Happiness Guarantee or Lifetime Warranty, we'll immediately replace it on us. We'll either correct the issues on your current print, or you can select a new image for us to print and email it to us at support@fractureme.com
Store Credit: If you'd prefer, we can issue a store credit for the cost of your order, so that you can place a new order at your convenience.
Refund: If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 60 days and we'll work with you to find a good solution or refund if need be!
Our Lifetime Warranty covers the following:
Delaminated/Incorrect Mounting - Our foamcore backing is peeling off of the glass, or it has been mounted incorrectly.
Failed Hanging Mechanism - The mounting system is flawed or fails to support the print in any way.
Incorrect/Missing Print - The correct number or types of prints were not included in your order.
Scratches - Your print or frame has arrived with scratches on the glass surface or wood.
Broken In Shipment - Your order has been damaged due to mishandling during shipment.
Ink Damage - The ink on your print arrived with chips missing along the edge of the glass.
Frame Defect - Your frame arrives with chips in the paint or crooked corners.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover accidental damages or damage resulting from improper use (dropping it, mounting it on a window) or from user error (and other non-traditional uses).
