How do Fracture prints ship?
We ship our prints using standard and expedited options with FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). After entering/confirming your shipping address during Checkout, you'll see all of the available options for your zip code displayed, along with an estimated delivery timeframe.
We print orders on demand, which means that our team works on a first-come-first-serve basis and the amount of time it takes to print your order can vary (especially during our peak holiday season). Most orders will print and ship out from our facility within a week!
You can keep an eye on the date new orders will ship out from our facility in this guide.
Can't wait to receive your prints?
We don't blame you! 😉 If your order needs to be delivered faster, look for the expedited shipping options during Checkout. You'll see an Estimated Delivery Date below each carrier so you can select the timeframe that's best for your needs.
We also have a Rush Production option: if there's space available in this priority printing queue, you'll see it along with the other expedited shipping choices. You can learn more about Rush orders here.
How are prints packaged?
Our packaging is custom-designed and tested in-house to protect our prints (and 3rd party tested with ISTA 3A). We don't include paper receipts in the packaging, so there's no need to worry if your order is a gift.
Each print will arrive strapped into a packing board that protects the edges of the print during shipping, and locks into the sides of the box to prevent movement during transit. Any Stands or Frames added to the order will be packaged alongside the prints (either tucked safely under the print or with cardboard spacers between each layer).
Orders of more than one print will be stacked in their packing boards and strapped together in the box.
Once your order has been placed, you can check on the status from the Order History page of your Fracture account. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email (including a tracking link) as soon as the shipment is on the way!
