Help! I did not receive an email confirmation, what should I do?
An email confirmation for your order should be sent to your email address within a few minutes of placing your order.
If you don't see that email in your inbox, be sure to check any spam or junk folders in your email account. If you use Gmail, check your Promotions or Update tabs in case your confirmation email was sorted into a different category than your primary inbox.
If you still haven't received an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll help get that confirmation to you.
