Help! I did not receive an email confirmation, what should I do?

After paying for an order, your email confirmation should be sent to the email address your order was placed with automatically. This email usually shows up within 5-10 minutes after completing your order.  

If you don't see that email in your inbox, be sure to check any spam or junk folders in your email account. If you use Gmail, also check your Promotions and/or Update tabs in case your confirmation email was sorted into a different category than your primary inbox.
