Photo Walls are specially priced, pre-designed arrangements of our glass prints. Each includes a wall template for mounting, which makes it super easy to choose the layout you like best and hang it exactly as pictured:

Prints are spaced 1.5 inches apart in each Photo Wall arrangement.

Can I upgrade to matte glass?
Matte Glass is a free upgrade with any Photo Wall layout! Choose either Original or Matte Glass, whichever you think will suit your style and space.
Can I cut the template or customize the distance between the prints if I want them spaced out more?
Templates are printed on a single, large piece of paper (with outlines of each print true to the print’s actual dimensions) so you won’t need to cut them at all. If you’re certain that you want your prints spaced out more than the template’s design, you may cut around each print outline from the template for a little more flexibility — just keep in mind that you’ll need to do some extra measuring of your own if you want to keep the spacing consistent!
Can I change the size or shape of a print within a Photo Wall?
No. Our templates are designed specifically for the sizes and orientations shown in each layout arrangement. All the prints will be added to your cart as a single set when buying a Photo Wall.
Can coupon codes or sitewide discounts be used on Photo Walls?
Yes, you can apply a coupon alongside a Photo Wall bundle of prints on the Cart page of our site. Simply enter your coupon code and click 'Apply' and then you'll see the sub-total reflect the discount.
If I order the same print sizes individually, can I get the Photo Wall pricing?
No. The special price of the Photo Wall will only apply when you start from our Photo Wall builder, so be sure to start from there! Each Photo Wall combination is added as one item in your cart with a set price.
Can I get a template separately if I already have prints at home?
Yes. While our templates will only be included automatically when ordering the set as a Photo Wall, please reach out to our Customer Support team if you’re interested in getting a standalone template.
If I’m not happy with one of my prints, do I have to return the entire Photo Wall?
No need to return any part of your Photo Wall! If there’s an issue with any of your prints, please send some photos to support@fractureme.com, and we’ll help to fix that specific print.
What if I want to design my own custom Photo Wall layout from scratch?
We aren’t able to create custom templates for hanging, but you can order any combination of prints that you’d like individually from our Get Started page!
