How do I order a Gallery Wall arrangement of prints?

Ordering a Gallery Wall is the easiest way to get a ready-to-go, beautifully designed wall layout of glass prints (with a built-in discount too)! We'll take you through the whole ordering process in this step-by-step guide.

Step #1 - Select the layout you want to order

Use the navigation bar at the top of our home page to locate the Custom Glass Prints option, and then click on Gallery Walls to begin (or go to fractureme.com/gallery-walls).

Scroll down to look through all of the available layouts. When you've found the one you like best, click on the image of that display—this will bring you to the customizer for your chosen Gallery Wall. You'll see the total display area for the arrangement and the specific dimensions for each print.

Change your mind? You can use the back-arrow button next to the URL bar to go back to the previous page.

Step #2 - Upload your images

If you're logged into your account, you'll see the Saved Photos from your account along the bottom of the page. You can drag-and-drop these photos into the layout.

Otherwise, click the download button in the bottom-left corner to upload a new photo, OR click on a print in the arrangement, and you'll see a pop-up window to select an image saved on your device.

You can also drag and drop a photo from your desktop/folder over the + of the arrangement, like this:

IMPORTANT: wait for the first photo to completely upload before selecting the next image—this will prevent hangups.


Step #3 - Crop and/or rearrange your images

If the photo you're uploading has a different orientation than the print in the layout, our site will automatically prompt you to crop it to match before adding the image to the arrangement.

Click on the cropped image and move the window around where you want it. Scroll down and click Apply Changes to save. (The faded parts of the image outside the cropping box will not print.)

💡 TIP: Click on any of the preview images in your Gallery Wall to change the crop at any time.

Step #4 - Matte Glass or Frames

Once your photos are in the arrangement exactly how you want them, go ahead and select any additional options that you want to be included.

Upgrade to our low-glare, Matte Glass finish—free of charge for all Gallery Wall arrangements! The default glass finish is our Original Glass, so if you would prefer to upgrade, click on the Change Glass Finish button, select Matte Glass, and click Apply.

You can also purchase wooden Frames for your prints, which are hand-crafted here in our facility! Click on the Add Frames button to select a color.

When you're done finalizing your selections, click the Add to Cart button to save the Gallery Wall to your order.


Step #5 - Cart page

Your Gallery Wall is now loaded in your Cart! If you'd like to include more items in your order, you can click on the Add Another Item button (under the Checkout button), or use the navigation bar at the top of the page.

If you have a coupon code, locate the 'Add a coupon' section and click on it to expand that box. Type in your code and then click Apply. You'll see the discount removed from your subtotal.

You can also click on the preview photo to confirm your images again!

Once you've added all the items you wish to purchase into your Cart, click Checkout to enter your shipping address and payment info on the next page.

If you have a Gift Card code (instead of a coupon) to use as payment for your order, it must be applied during the Checkout process. ❌ Gift Cards do not work on the Cart page of our site!


And that's it! 🎉 Your order has been placed and your screen should end on a page with your order #. You'll also receive an Order Confirmation email within a few minutes after paying for your order. Our team will start working on it right away!
