How do I order a Gallery Wall bundle of prints?
Ordering a Gallery Wall arrangement is the easiest way to get a ready-to-go, beautifully designed wall layout of glass prints (with a bundled discount too)! We'll take you through the whole ordering process for Gallery Walls in this guide, step-by-step.
Step #1 - Select the layout you want to order
Locate the Custom Glass Prints heading on our home page and then click on the Gallery Walls option to begin (or go to fractureme.com/gallery-walls).
Scroll down to look through all of the available layouts. When you've found the one you like best, go ahead and click on the image of that Gallery Wall display—this will bring you to the customizer for your chosen layout. This page tells you the total display area for the bundle and the specific dimensions for each print:
Step #2 - Upload your images
If you're logged into a Fracture account, you'll see recently uploaded photos across the bottom of the page to choose from. Otherwise, click the + button to upload a photo or drag and drop a photo from your desktop or a folder into the arrangement.
IMPORTANT: make sure to wait for the first photo to upload completely before dragging & dropping the next one—this will prevent hangups.
Step #3 - Crop and/or rearrange your images
If the photo you're uploading has a different orientation than the print in the Gallery Wall, our site will automatically prompt you to crop it to match before adding the image to the layout.
Click and drag to move the crop window where you want it, and then click Save Changes to save. (The faded parts of the image outside the cropping box will not print.)
💡 TIP: Click on any of the preview images in your Gallery Wall to change the crop at any time.
Need to remove a photo? Hover over the preview and click the "x" in the top right corner:
Step #4 - Matte Glass or Frames
Next, select any additional options you want included with your arrangement. You can upgrade to our low-glare, Matte Glass finish—free of charge for all Gallery Wall arrangements! The default glass finish is our Original Glass, so if you would prefer to upgrade, click on the Change Glass Finish button, select Matte Glass, and click Apply.
You can also purchase custom wooden Frames for your prints, hand-crafted here in our facility!
When you're done finalizing your selections, click the Add to Cart button.
Step #5 - Cart page
Your Gallery Wall is now loaded in your Cart! If you'd like to include more items in your order, click on the Add Another Item button (under the Checkout button).
If you have a coupon code, locate the 'Add a coupon' box and click on it to expand that box. Type in your code and then click Apply. You'll see the discount removed from your subtotal.
Once you have your Cart ready to go, click Checkout to enter your shipping address and payment info on the next page.
If you have a Gift Card code (instead of a coupon) to use as payment for your order, it must be applied during the Checkout process. ❌ Gift Cards do not work on the Cart page of our site!
And that's it! 🎉 Your order has been placed and your screen should end on a page with your order #. You'll also receive an Order Confirmation email within a few minutes after paying for your order. Our team will start working on it right away!
