How can I reorder a print?
Are you looking to order another copy of an image you've purchased before? We've made it super easy to reorder any of your previous prints. First, you'll need to log into your Fracture account.
If you've ordered with us before then you already have an account!
Not sure what your password is? Click on the Login button and you'll see an option to reset your password:
Once you're logged in, click on the account menu in the upper right corner and navigate to the Order History page. This page shows a complete list of your orders with us, and you can click on the View button next to each line to see the Order Details.
Once you've located your order that includes the image(s) you wish to print again, click on the Reorder button at the top of the Order Details page:
This will duplicate copies of each item from that order into your Cart. In the example we're using for this guide, ALL FOUR copies would be added to the Cart.
Then you can decrease/increase the quantity of those items (using the + and - buttons) or delete items as needed (using the trash can button). If you want to adjust the options for your print, click on the Edit button, which will take you back to step # 4 in this guide.
Need to change the size of your previously purchased print? Click on the Edit button as described above, and then use the back-arrow button to take you backward one more pageāthe Choose A Size page, which is step #3 in this guide.
Otherwise, if you cannot locate the image you wish to reorder within your account, or you checked out as a guest on our site last time, you'll need to re-upload that image and simply repeat the process like your first order!
If you don't have a copy of that image file, or need help tracking down which print size was previously purchased, please let us know. We've got all of the details from your orders (including the image file) saved! Feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team at support@fractureme.com with a description of the photo you're looking for, and we'll be happy to help.
