Do you ship international? What are the costs and timeframes?
We ship all over the world from our facility here in Alachua, Florida!
We ship internationally via FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. Just enter in your shipping address in the shipping information section of the order process, and use the Country dropdown to select your country from the list that appears:
You'll see your shipping options presented to you before you complete your order:
International shipping timeframes can be harder to estimate accurately (compared to domestic shipping), because of the many factors involved. Generally, USPS First Class Mail International can take anywhere from ten days to three weeks to arrive at the destination country, and customs can take 3-10 days after that. All in all, it's usually best to place an international order as early in advance of the time you need it!
We offer expedited international shipping on our site as well; USPS lists the delivery time for Priority Mail International, the next step up, as 6-10 business days. USPS Express International Mail lists 3-5 days for delivery. You can visit USPS's International Shipping page for more info.
Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. (Customs/VAT fees must be paid by the recipient, and cannot be paid for in advance). For more info about customs and import fees, click here.
International shipping rates are determined by the United States Postal Service, and usually start at around $20 USD.
