Can I add special instructions or make changes to my delivery?

While instructions can't be added through our website or during checkout, you'll have a few options to add instructions or customize your delivery through the carrier's website after your order has shipped.

A shipping notification with a tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is on the way.

We ship with UPS and USPS, and our carriers offer free programs to help facilitate this and make sure the delivery driver gets eyes on that info. 

You'll see the options via your order's tracking link on the carrier's website, but you'll need to create or log in with a free account through the specific carrier in order to manage delivery!

IMPORTANT: Remember that all delivery management programs require registering and verifying your home address with the carrier in order to customize delivery. These options are not available for Fracture orders being sent to a recipient or an address other than your own.

UPS My Choice

UPS My Choice offers two levels of membership: Free or Premium. A Basic (free) membership offers core delivery management features with enhanced on demand services. Premium offers even greater control, allowing you to personalize where, when and how your UPS deliveries are made.

After you successfully complete the registration process, you may have to wait up to five minutes before you can reroute or reschedule the delivery of your package.

USPS Informed Delivery

The United States Postal Service offers a free service called Informed Delivery. Through this account, you can digitally preview your mail and manage delivery for packages scheduled to arrive soon via USPS.
