How long will my photos be saved?

Depending on whether you've logged into your Fracture account or not, your photos will be saved on our website in two different ways, and for different timeframes.

When photos are uploaded and added to the Cart page (but not ordered yet), they will remain there in your Cart for one week.

To save photos for longer than a week, you'll want to make sure you've successfully logged into your account before uploading any images. Once logged in, you'll have access to a section of your account called Saved Photos or My Photos:

Simply click on the image you're looking for, and our site will take you to the Glass Prints page with that image uploaded and ready to add to your Cart.

All images uploaded to our site will be added to your Saved Photos tab automatically (as long as you're logged in) and will be available in your account for 90 days. Any photo that you end up ordering will stay in your Saved Photos forever (or until you remove it)!
