How long will my photos be saved?
Depending on whether you've logged into your Fracture account or not, your photos will be saved on our website in a couple of different ways, and for different periods of time.
Here's what you need to know:
When photos are uploaded and added to your Cart (but not ordered yet), they will remain there for one week.
If you are NOT logged into your Fracture account while uploading images, you'll also need to return to our site from the same browser and device that you uploaded from originally to get back to any images saved in your Cart.
To save your photos for longer than a week, you'll definitely want to make sure you're logged into your account successfully before uploading any images. When you've logged into your Fracture account, you'll have access to a section called Saved Photos:
When you upload photos while logged in, those photos will automatically be added to the Saved Photos tab! Photos will be stored in your Saved Photos for 90 days.
