Help! My print arrived broken, what should I do?
Fracture packaging was designed to take a beating. Still, accidents can happen during transit on rare occasion, so if your print is ever, well... "fractured"—we've got you covered!
To get a replacement ASAP, we'll just need a few quick things to get the ball rolling:
1. First, snap a photo of your packaging.
We appreciate the documentation to keep an eye on how our packaging is holding up, and we also use the photos to provide feedback to our shipping carriers.

2. Next, take a photo of the damaged glass print.

Email those photos to our Customer Support team at support@fractureme.com along with your full name, Order ID number, and any other relevant information.
We'll get you squared away with a new print ASAP, and our team will do everything we can to make sure any issues get resolved.
