How can I check the current status of my order?
To check on the status of your order, use the Order Status page.
You'll need two pieces of info to check the status:
- The order number (found in your order confirmation email)
- The email address you placed the order with
After you've submitted that info, you can view the progress of your order, its estimated delivery date, and see if it's been shipped:
Your tracking link will be available here as soon as your order's shipping label has been printed. That tracking link will show a pre-shipment status until it's been picked up and scanned in by one of our carriers.
If you need to view more specific information, like your order summary, cost, and thumbnails of the prints you ordered, you'll need to Log In and view your Order History in your account.
If you've placed an order as a guest, and you need to view your order summary, click here and use the password reset system with the email address used to place your order. This will send a link to your email to set up a password and link your existing order with that account.
