How can I check the current status of my order?

Starting from our home page, click the Account link at the top right corner of the site, and then select Order History.

Here, you’ll find any previously placed orders along with their status and tracking information:

If you've placed an order as a guest, without creating an account, there are a few ways to view your order status:

1. Check your email:

After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In that email, you'll see your order number, the quantity and size of your prints, and your order's shipping address.

You'll also receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships out.

2. Create an account:

Or, you can go to https://fractureme.com/account/pass_recover and use the password reset system to create a password that will link your order with an account.

Just be sure to enter the exact email address that you used to place the order:

Click Reset Password, wait a few minutes, then look for an email from us that will allow you to set up a password for your account.
