What is the Fracture Rewards program, and how do I earn points?
Fracture Rewards is our loyalty program that allows you to earn points with every purchase, and redeem those points for store credit to use on future orders!
About Earning Points
- 1 point is earned for every $1 spent (points are for the total order amount after any discounts have been applied, and before taxes & shipping cost.)
- Points are not earned on the redemption of gift cards, only on the original purchase of that gift card by the purchaser.
- Points will be deposited in your account after the order has shipped
- You must opt in to the Rewards program in order to successfully earn points
- No purchases made before March 26, 2021 will count toward your rewards status
- Points expire after 12 months, if you do not redeem them.
- Points can only be redeemed in increments of 100 points ($5 off), 200 points, ($10 off), 400 points ($20 off), or 800 points ($40 off)
- Just click the red REDEEM button on the Rewards Page when logged into your account to redeem earned points; you'll be emailed a code with the store credit:
- Rewards credit, like gift cards, can be used in conjunction with only one other coupon code* on an order.
*Coupons cannot be stacked or combined
About Rewards Levels
- Once you reach a new level, you won't ever lose that status and you'll always have access to the rewards listed for your tier
- You'll be notified of any double points shopping days, early sale access, and any rewards gifts by email
